Ever since I can remember, I have been overweight. Yo-yo dieting was a way of life and I was constantly losing and gaining weight as I juggled a binge drinking and eating lifestyle. (For measure, my heaviest was 190lbs at 5’6 in May 2016).

I’ve failed numerous times at staying faithful to counting macros and attending the gym. I’ve binge ate more pizza and cookie dough than you could possibly fathom. Failures are inevitable; we are human, but picking back up from square one and realizing my own personal mistakes has allowed me to take responsibility for my own actions!

It’s been five and a half years of depriving myself of self-love and respect. In May 2016, I decided to make a change for the better.

I had a dream, three and a half years ago of becoming a NPC figure competitor. At 190lbs, the goal seemed physically impossible. Did that stop me from chasing my dreams? Absolutely not.

I hired a coach and I got to work. I meal prepped every food item religiously, I turned down every opportunity to consume alcohol and I ate 5-6 times a day as my calories slowly decreased and suffered through hours of cardio.

I competed in my first figure competition in October and I fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding. I was scared half to death walking across the stage but I had never felt more proud of who I was and confident in my own skin. The process of bettering myself daily became my addiction.

I want to inspire, motivate and encourage all people to conquer their own fears and do something to enrich their own personal growth. I want you to dive deep into yourself and find what makes you passionate about life. Let me be a vital member of your team as we overcome and crush your health and fitness goals together!
